We're based in Kelty and cover the whole of Fife — Dunfermline, Glenrothes, Kirkcaldy, St Andrews, Cupar and surrounding villages. Larger sauna and summerhouse builds can be delivered across central Scotland.
Yes. Every project starts with a free site visit followed by a detailed written quote covering materials, labour, lead time and payment schedule. No surprises.
A full horse-box-to-sauna conversion typically takes 4–6 weeks depending on stove specification, lining timber and electrical work. Static garden saunas are usually 2–3 weeks on site.
Fully insured for public liability up to £2 million, with all electrical work signed off by a registered Part P electrician where required.
For builds over £3,000 we work to a staged payment plan — deposit, mid-build and on completion. We can also discuss third-party finance for larger projects.
